What is the best workout machine/bench for gaining muscle strength, preferably a machine that can work different groups. Some examples of the type of machine I mean is something like the Bowflex or Nautilus. What workout machine is the best in your opinion (preferably under $1000).

I’m going to show you how you can increase muscle size and strength. I think everyone wants to feel stronger and I know some people want to see much more muscle on their body. Of these people, I’m sure just about everyone of them has tried to achieve this, but with no luck. It does take time and a lot of dedication to get anywhere with this, but the reality is that most people really don’t know how to do it properly. They assume if they pick up some weights, it’ll just happen. It just doesn’t work that way. I’m going to show you the real way to increase muscle size and strength.
The first thing you need to start doing is eating in a way that promotes muscle growth. You don’t eat, you don’t grow and you don’t get strength. You have to eat protein every few hours. Your body has a level called protein synthesis in your body. While it is up, you build muscle. While it is down, you can’t build muscle. Eating protein causes the level to go up for roughly 2-4hrs. That means you have to eating new protein every few hours to make sure that level stays up.
To increase muscle size and strength stay away from all the tiny isolated exercises like bicep curls. These are a waste of time. Stick with extremely compound exercises that force you to move a lot of weight. Deadlifts and squats are probably the best exercises you’ll ever do.

If you want to know how to build up muscle strength then you should read this article as I am going to be sharing some thoughts and tips with you about the process of building muscle and some of the little things you can do to make it easier for yourself.

That’s the key, study those who are experts in the field of body building, this doesn’t necessarily have to take long, it could be as simple as reading a book or two, basically you just want to gain some knowledge of body building before you jump in and start training.
Here are some tips for you for when you do start:
* Be prepared to put the effort in – Most people who want to build their muscle strength simply don’t commit themselves to doing it and aren’t willing to put the effort in, well guess what, they never get to achieve their body building goals, they just continue to WANT it, without ever getting it, don’t let this happen to you.
* Play it safe, don’t get silly – Body building can be a pretty dangerous activity, you can damage parts of your body very seriously if you don’t do things safely, this is another very important reason why you should read and study before you try it yourself.

Always remember that exercise itself does not build muscle. It is the way that you take care of your body after a bout of exercise. We need to have proper rest and nutrition after every exercise session that we go through. It is vital to remember that we need to focus on increasing power and to prevent muscle and ligament sprains and muscle cramps. It would also be great to improve endurance.
There is usually a need to strong muscles and tight ligaments to play most ball sports. You also need good endurance and good bone structure. It’s also important to remember that most ball sports happen in the outdoors and the sun exposure may come into play. Always apply sunscreen while playing outside, even if it’s just the face that is exposed. There can also be injuries when playing under artificial lights such as indoor soccer or an indoor arena of some kind. Muscle cramps, twisted ankles and pulled muscles can all be common.
The health of the heart and the vascular system should be a good monitor of the endurance and muscle strength. This, of course, because the heart is a muscle. Calcium will flow from the blood to the tissue preventing tissue calcium starvation which often results in cramps, fatigue and proneness to muscle pulls.

Posture Muscle Strength Activities
If you’re planning on engaging in postural muscle strength activities in an effort to improve your posture, you should probably understand what you’re trying to achieve. If all it took to improve your posture was exercise, why do so many people at the gym have bad posture?
I know, I know, not everyone at the gym is in good shape. Still, check out the people that are of average height and weight with average muscle tone. Shouldn’t they have decent posture? It certainly makes sense that someone who sits at a computer all day and never exercises might develop bad posture, but how is it possible to work out and still not change your posture?
Typically, the exercises that people choose are not postural muscle strength activities, they are just activities. If rolling your shoulders forward and slouching are causing your problem, why would you hop on an exercise bike and slump over the handles? You are still maintaining the bad posture even while you exercise!
What about running? Running doesn’t necessarily cause you to have bad posture, but there isn’t a lot of back strengthening going on during this activity.
If you’re going to set out to improve your back and your posture, choose postural muscle strength activities that actually work your postural muscles. Swimming certainly can increase back strength. Have you seen the big latismus dorsi muscles on Olympic swimmers?
When heading to the gym, realize that working the front of your body really means that you are not working the back. Work on your back muscles twice as much (at least) as you work your front. Many people (mostly men) like to be able to look in the mirror and see their big chest muscles and big bicep muscles. There’s certainly nothing wrong with that as long as you’re not sacrificing your back muscles for the sake of your front.
This really just means that if you want the big chest and arms, you’re going to have to put in more work on your back muscles. The goal is to have good posture and thus be free of pain and look your best! In order to do this, you’re going to have to give your postural muscles a fighting chance by strengthening them as often as possible.
